A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE
CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM R.L.WISER
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate or any
interest therein to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a
Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council, and,
WHEREAS,R. L.Wiser has presented a Quit Claim Deed conveying property to
the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Quit Claim Deed dated March 23, 1982
for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A parcel of land in Farm Unit 97,Fourth Revision of Irrigation Block 41,
Columbia Basin Project,Section 24,Township 19 North, Range 28 E,WM,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Farm Unit 97 which is also the
West quarter corner of Section 24,Township 19 North,Range 28 E,WM;
thence South 00°18'10"West 160.00 feet to the point of beginning;
thence South 89°14,29"East 30.00 feet;thence South 00o18'10"West
830.00 feet;thence North 89014'29"West,30.00 feet;thence North
00°18,10"East,830.00 feet to the point of beginning.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,and APPROVED
by its Mayor this 13th day of April 1982.
