RESOLUTION NO.1109
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE
TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM METHOW VALLEY INVEST
MENT CO.,INC.
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate or any
interest therein to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a
Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council, and,
WHEREAS, the Methow Valley Investment Co., Inc. has presented a Quit Claim
Deed conveying property to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Quit Claim Deed dated March 24, 1982
for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses
Lake:
A parcel of land in the NW^j of the NW^of the NW^j of Section 24,
Township 19 North, Range 28 East,Willamette Meridian, Grant
County,Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of Section 24,T19N,Range 28 E,WM;
thence South 89Ol2'50"East 30.00 feet;thence South 00°09,50"
East, 668.95 feet;thence North 89°13'12"West 30.00 feet;
thence North 00o09'50H West 668.95 feet to the point of beginning,
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,and APPROVED
by its Mayor this 13th day of April 1982.
