1116RESOLUTION NO.m6 A RESOLUTION ALLOWING AND ORDERING A SEGREGATION OF AN ASSESSED TRACT OF LAND IN ULID #1 AT THE REQUEST OF E. E.EMERY AND FRANK VANCE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: 1.A request has been made to the City of Moses Lake to segregate the assessment against a tract of land subject to assessment in ULID #1 by E.E.Emery and Frank Vance. 2.The City Council approves the segregation pursuant to RCW 35.44.410,and finds it will not jeopardize the lien to secure payment of the local impovement district obiigation. 3.The original tract of land assessed is: Battery Orchard Tracts,Lot 35. 4.The original assessment against said tract was pursuant to ULID #1 created by Ordinance #1037,dated November 24,1981.The original assessment was for $4,877.39. 5.The segregation to be allowed is to create tracts described as Parcel A, which belongs to E.E.Emery,and Parcel B,which belongs to Frank Vance. 6.The above described tract shall bear the following portions of the original assessment,and the sum of the segregated amount shall equally amount to the original assessment. Parcel A -$3,173.91 Parcel B -$1,703.48 7.Neither E. E.Emery or Frank Vance shall be required to pay to the City any costs for reimbursement for engineering and clerical costs incurred by the City incident to the making of this segregation. 8.No fee shall be charged by the City Treasurer for making this segregation. Adopted by the City Council and signed by its Mayor on May 25 ,1982. ATTEST: City Clerk
