Q RESOLUTION NO.1123 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM MADONNA L.WISER ENGLE WHEREAS,Madonna L.Wiser Engle has presented a Quit Claim Deed conveying property to the City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Quit Claim Deed dated June 22,1982, for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A parcel of land in Farm Unit 97,Fourth Revision of Irrigation Block 41,Columbia Basin Project,Section 24, Township 19 North, Range 28 E,WM, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Farm Unit 97 which is also the West quarter corner of Section 24, Township 19 North,Range 28 E,WM;thence South 00 IS1!©" West, 160.00 feet to the point of beginning;thence South 89°14,29"East,30.00 feet;thence South 00°18,10" West,830.00 feet;thence North S^IA^"West,30.00 feet;thence North OO^LS'lO"East,830.00 feet to the point of beginning.
