A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FROM COLUMBIA FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or
-any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted
I until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and,
WHEREAS,Columbia Federal Savings and Loan Association has presented
an easement to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following
described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
Parcel 1:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 26,Township 19
North,Range 28 East,Willamette Meridian;thence North 00°38'04"
East,996.55 feet;thence North 89°59'38"West,30.00 feet to
the point of beginning;thence South 00°38*04"West 84.40 feet;
thence South 89°59'58"West 19.89 feet to the intersection of a
curve concave to the Northwest having a radius of 10.00 feet;thence
Northeasterly 15.60 feet along said curve through a central angle
of 89°21'54"to the intersection of a line bearing North 00°38'04"
East;then 74.52 feet along said line;thence South 89°59'38"
East;10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 26,Township 19
:'j North,Range 28 East,Willamette Meridian;thence North 00°38'04"
I East 852.14 feet along the West Boundary of said Section 26;
vj thence South 89°59'38"West 317.97 feet;thence South 880 41'17"
West 10.00 feet;thence North 00°38'04"East 308.09 feet to the
intersection of a curve concave to the Southwest having a radius
of 10.00 feet;thence Northwesterly 15.82 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 90°38'06"to the intersection of a
line bearing North 89°59'58"East;thence 20.11 feet along said
line to the point of beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor on this25th day of
January 9 1983.
