A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO
THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM HYDROPONICS INTERNATIONAL
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate or
any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall hot be accepted
until a resolution of acceptance has been duly passed by the City
Council,and
WHEREAS,Hydroponics International has presented a Quit Claim Deed
conveying property to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Quit Claim Deed dated
June 22,1983 for the following described property is hereby accepted
by the City of Moses Lake:
A parcel of land in Section 24,Township 19 North,
Range 28 East,Williamette Meridian described as
fol1ows:
The West 30 feet of Farm Unit 98,Fourth Revision of
Irrigation Block 41,Columbia Basin Project,according
to the plat thereof filed August 10,1955,records of
Grant County,Washington,less Tax Numbers.
Adopted by the City Council on June 28,1983.
