A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF
MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON
1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest
therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolu
tion has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Ahmad Gazori and Shirley Ann Gazori have presented an easement on the
following described property to the City of Moses Lake.
IT IS RESOLVED:
1.The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:
The Easterly 5 feet of Lot 11,Block 3,Point Loraine Estates
Section 4,Township 18 North,Range 28 East,Willamette Merid
ian,Grant County,Washington.
ADOPTED by the City Council on June 26,1984.
