RESOLUION 1195
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FOR A SEWER MAIN
Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest
therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolu
tion has been duly passed by the City Council.
Leroy P.Johnson has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake for
a sewer main.
IT IS RESOLVED:
1.The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 28,Township 19 North,
Range 28 East,W.M.,County of Grant,State of Washington,described as
follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of said Sec
tion 28;thence north 00°3r26"east on the easterly boundary line of the
NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of said Section 28 a distance of 30.00 feet;thence
north 89°53'16" west a distance of 162.24 feet to the True Point of
Beginning,said line being parallel with the southerly boundary line of
the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of said section;thence continuing north 89°53'16"
west a distance fo 20.04 feet;thence south 03°48'14"west a distance of
30.06 feet to the southerly boundary line of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of
said section;thence south 89°53'16"east on the southerly boundary line
of the NE1/4 of the NE1/4 of said section a distance of 20.04 feet;
thence north 03°48'14"east a distance of 30.06 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
