A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FOR A SEWER MAIM
1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest
therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolu
tion has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Janet R.Jameson Johnson has presented an easement to the City of Moses
Lake for a sewer main.
IT IS RESOLVED:
1.The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:
