1208Recitals: RESOLUTION NO. 1208 A RESOLUTION ALLOWING AND ORDERING A SEGREGATION OF AN ASSESSED TRACT OF LAND IN ULID NO.2 AT THE REQUEST OF COMMERCIAL INTERCHANGE PARTNERS AND INTERLAKE FUND,INC. 1.A request has been made to the City of Moses Lake to segregate the as sessment against a tract of land subject to assessment by Commercial Interchange Parners,and Interlake Fund,Inc. 2.The Council approves that segregation pursuant to RCW 35.44.410,and finds it will not jeopardize the lien to secure payment of the local im provement district obligation. 3.The original tract of land assessed is:Farm Unit 224,Block 41,Section 36. 4.The original assessment against that tract was pursuant to ULID No.2 created by Ordinance No.1038 dated November 24,1981. The balance of the assessment is: Amount Date $49,312.28 March 28,1984 5.The segregation to be allowed is to create four parcels per Exhibit 1 attached and filed with the City Clerk,described as: Farm Unit 224,Block 41,Section 36,Parcel A Farm Unit 224,Block 41,Section 36,Parcel B Farm Unit 224,Block 41,Section 36,Parcel C Farm Unit 224,Block 41,Section 36,Parcel D 6.The above described tracts shall bear the following portions of the original asessment,and the sum of the segregated amounts shall equal the amount of the balance of the assessment owning: Parcel A $30,688.31 Parcel B 4,550.87 Parcel C 8,989.57 Parcel D 5,083.53 7.Commercial Interchange Partners and Interlake Fund,Inc.shall pay to the city the sum of $122.59 as reimbursement for reasonable engineering and clerical costs incurred by the city incident to the making of this segregation. 8.The City Treasurer,upon receipt of the costs listed in paragarph 7,a certified copy of this resolution,and a fee of $10 for each tract described in paragraph 5 shall cause the segregation described above to be made.
