RESOLUTION NO.1243
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FROM THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF MOSES LAKE
1.Resolution No.128 provides that all grants of real estate,or any inter
est therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a
resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.The First Baptist Church of Moses Lake has presented an easement to the
City of Moses Lake.
RESOLVED:
1.The easement for ingress and egress to construct and maintain a sanitary
sewer over,under,and across the west 20'of the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
Tract 27,Park Orchard Tracts,as per the plat recorded in Volume One,
Page 36 of Plats,records of Grant County,Washington,except the west
10'thereof.
