A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
RECITALS:
1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest
therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a
resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Lee Eslick,Al Geesey,Dick Canfield and Lowell F.and Delia F.Moore
have presented easements to the City of Moses Lake.
IT IS RESOLVED:
1. The easements for the following described property are hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:
The Westerly 20.00 feet of the Easterly 30.00 feet of the following
described parcel:
Beginning at the quarter corner common to Section 14 and 15,Township 19
North,Range 28 E.W.M.;thence North 89°36'32"West,a distance of 30
feet;thence North 00°14,29"East along a line which is parallel to and
30 feet Westerly of the East line of Section 15,a distance of 680.71
feet to the true point of beginning;thence North 89°36'32"West,a
distance of 330 feet;thence North 00°14'29"East,a distance of 260
feet;thence South 89°36'32"East,a distance of 330 feet;thence South
00°14'29"West,a distance of 260 feet to the true point of beginning.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake on December 17,1985.
