RESOLUTION NO.1256
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANT AN
EASEMENT TO THE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT OF GRANT COUNTY
1.The Public Utility District of Grant County has requested an easement.
2. The easement is for a 115 kV transmission line to connect the Sand Dunes
and Warden Substations.
RESOLVED:
1.The City Manager and City Clerk be authorized to execute an easement for
the 115 kV transmission line to the Public Utility District of Grant
County,across the following described property:
Said easement and rights-of-way shall be located upon,over,under,
and across the following described parcels of land,described as
fol1ows:
The east 34'of the west 54*of that portion of the west half of
Section 12,Township 18 North,Range 28,E.W.M.,Grant County,
Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 12;thence south
0017'49"west along the section line a distance of 1,357.29',more
or less;and,
The north 100'of the NW 1/4 of Section 12,Township 18 North,Range
28 E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington,less the west 20*.
