A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE
TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM PATRICK CARROLL
RECITALS:
I 1.Patrick Carroll has presented aQuit Claim Deed conveying property to the
-^City of Moses Lake,
RESOLVED:
1 The Quit Claim Deed dated June 9,1986 for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A tract of land for street and utility right of way
located in Section 28,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,
Willamette Meridian,Grant County,Washington.
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Broadway
Estates II Binding Site Plan as recorded in Page 52,Book
15 of Plats records of Grant County,Washington.
Said point being on the Easterly right of way of Marina
Drive (formerly Lakeshore Drive)and 30 feet
southeasterly from the centerline of Marina Drive.
Thence northeasterly parallel to and 30'southeasterly of
the centerline of Marina Drive to the north line of the
SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said section 28.Thence west on
the north line of said SE 1/4 of the ME 1/4 to a point on
the easterly right of way of Marina Drive (200 feet from

Thence southwesterly on the easterly right of way of
Marina Drive parallel to and 20'southeast of centerline
to the most northerly corner of Lot 74,Battery Orchard
Tracts as recorded in Acreage Plats,Page 31,records of
Grant County,Washington.Thence south 0°201 50"west
along the east line of said Lot 74,Battery Orchard
Tracts a distance of 20.08 feet to the point of
beginning.
