1289RESOLUTION NO.1289 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND 311 FOR MONTLAKE PARK AND ESTABLISHING ACCOUNTS 115,413,414 AND 491 TO SEGREGATE PORTIONS OF THE EXPENSES IN THE STREET, WATER/SEWER AND SANITATION FUNDS AS SET FORTH IN THE 1987 BUDGET. RECITALS: 1.The City Council has accepted a grant for the improvement of Montiake Park.This will require a capital improvement fund to account for the grant. 2.A portion of the Street Budget is under the Control of the Park and Recreation Department.Portions of the Water/Sewer and Sanitation funds are under the control of the Finance Department.In order to segregate departmental responsibility,Accounts 115 Street/Parks,413 Water/ Billing,414 Sewer/Billing and 491 Sanitation/Billing are added to the 1987 Budget Process.These accounts will be used for internal accounting in budget/expenditure process,however they will be shown only at the Fund Level in the Budget Document and budget enacting ordinance. RESOLVED: 1.That Fund 311 Montiake Capital Improvement Fund be established on the City Books. 2.That Accounts 115,413,414 and 491 be established for internal budgetary accounting and control.
