A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GRANT AN EASEMENT
TO THE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT OF GRANT COUNTY
RECITALS:
1.Hansen Construction Company has applied for power from the PUD to serve a
mobile home and shop at the Municipal Airport.
2.The Public Utility District of Grant County has requested an easement.
3.The easement is for distribution line and padmount transformer.
RESOLVED:
1.The City Manager and City Clerk be authorized to execute an easement for
the line to the Public Utility District of Grant County,across the
following described property:
Said easement and rights-of-way shall be located upon,under and across
the following parcel of land,described as follows:
A 20 foot easement being 10 feet either side of the following
described centerline:
Commencing at a point 1,021.0 feet West and 40 feet South of the
Northease corner of Section 13,Township 19 North,Range 28
E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington;thence South and parallel to
the East line of said Section 13,a distance of 204 feet to the
terminus of this centerline.
