RESOLUTION NO.1328
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET AND UTILITIES IPROVEMENTS
1.Water and sewer mains were installed in dedicated city right of way to
serve the Cove West Subdivision.
2.Said utility mains have been installed in accordance with the City of
Moses Lake's Community Standards,such installation being completed May,
1987.
3.Street improvements to current city standards were installed in dedicated
city right of way to serve the Cove West Subdivision for street needs.
4.RCW 35.91.030 indicates that street and utility facilities which are
developer installed should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake upon
completion if the facilities are built to city standards.
RESOLVED:
1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake accepts the street and
utilities as facilities of the City of Moses Lake and as such will charge
for use of such facilities as authorized by ordinance.
2.After June 9,1988 all further maintenance and operation costs of said
improvements shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake.
Adopted by the City Council on June 9,1987.
