RESOLUTION NO.1334
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY
OF MOSES LAKE FROM HENRIETTA PENHALLURICK,INC.
1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest
therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a
resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Henrietta Penhallurick,Inc.,has presented an easement to the City of
Moses Lake for utility purposes.
RESOLVED:
1.The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:
A small portion of property 10 feet in width located in the NW 1/4
of Section 14,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,Willamette
Meridian,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 14,thence North
0°14,10n East a distance of 850 feet;thence South 89058'15"East a
distance of 40 feet to the northwest corner of Penn Plaza Plat and
Replat of Lot VII of the Columbia Basin Center Plat and said
boundary corner being the point of beginning;thence North 0°14'10"
East a distance of 315 feet;thence North 89°58'15"West a distance
of 10 feet;thence South 0o14'10"West a distance of 315 feet;
thence South 89058'15"East a distance of 10 feet to the point of
beginning.
