RESOLUTION NO.1349
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE DESTRUCTION OF WEEDS ON PRIVATE
PROPERTY
1.Mr.and Mrs.S.Suarez,Sr.own real estate located at 1103 W.Gem,le
gally described as Block 8,Lot 1,GuffIn Eccles Addition #3.
]—>2.The property of Mr.and Mrs.Suarez,above mentioned,1s Infested with
dead weeds,with the dead weeds creating a fire hazard and a menace to
public health,safety,and welfare.
RESOLVED:
1.The dead weeds and other vegetation located on the property belonging to
Mr.and Mrs.Suarez legally described as Block 8,Lot 1,GuffIn Eccles
Addition #3 should be removed.
2.Mr.and Mrs.Suarez are requested and directed to remove the weeds within
ten (10)days of receiving this resolution and If Mr.and Mrs.Suarez do
not remove the dead weeds and other vegetation as requested,the City of
Moses Lake shall remove the dead weeds and other vegetation or have the
dead weeds and other vegetation removed,bill Mr.and Mrs.Suarez for the
costs,obtain Its Hen as allowed by law,and foreclose upon the Hen If
Mr.and Mrs.Suarez fall to pay the bill upon demand.
