1351RECITALS: RESOLUTION NO. 1351 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE DESTRUCTION OF WEEDS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY 1.Mr.and Mrs.Alvln Davey own real estate located at 1146 Cascade Drive, ]legally described as Block 10,Lot 11,Guffln Eccles Addition #2. v^j 2.The property of Mr.and Mrs.Davey,above mentioned,1s Infested with dead weeds with the dead weeds creating a fire hazard and a menace to public health,safety,and welfare. RESOLVED: 1.The dead weeds and other vegetation located on the property belonging to Mr.and Mrs.Davey legally described as Block 10,Lot 11,Guffln Eccles Addition #2 should be removed. 2.Mr.and Mrs.Davey are requested and directed to remove the weeds within ten (10)days of receiving this resolution and If Mr.and Mrs.Davey do not remove the dead weeds and other vegetation as requested,the City of Moses Lake shall remove the dead weeds and other vegetation or have the dead weeds and other vegetation removed,bill Mr.and Mrs.Davey for the costs,obtain Its Hen as allowed by law,and foreclose upon the Hen If Mr.and Mrs.Davey fall to pay the bill upon demand.
