1352RECITALS: RESOLUTION NO.1352 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE DESTRUCTION OF WEEDS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY 1.Mr.and Mrs.Ronald Eilers own real estate located at 1145 Cascade Drive, legally described as Block 9,Lot 10,Guffin Eccles Addition #3. ^J 2.The property of Mr.and Mrs.Eilers,above mentioned,1s Infested with dead weeds with the dead weeds creating a fire hazard and a menace to public health,safety,and welfare. RESOLVED: 1.The dead weeds and other vegetation located on the property belonging to Mr.and Mrs.Eilers legally described as Block 9,Lot 10,Guffin Eccles Addition #3 should be removed. 2.Mr.and Mrs.Eilers are requested and directed to remove the weeds within ten (10)days of receiving this resolution and if Mr.and Mrs.Eilers do not remove the dead weeds and other vegetation as requested,the City of Moses Lake shall remove the dead weeds and other vegetation or have the dead weeds and other vegetation removed,bill Mr.and Mrs.Eilers for the costs,obtain Its Hen as allowed by law,and foreclose upon the Hen if Mr.and Mrs.Eilers fall to pay the bill upon demand.
