A RESOLUTION NAMING THOSE EMPLOYEES AUTHORIZED TO
SIGN CHECKS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE.
RECITALS:
1.For the continued efficient administration of the finances of
the City of Moses Lake,it is necessary to designate individ
uals who are authorized to sign checks on behalf of the City of
Moses Lake.
IT IS RESOLVED:
1.Funds on deposit with the Moses Lake Branch,Seattle First
National Bank may be withdrawn on checks given or signed on
behalf of the City of Moses Lake by any two of the following
individuals:

Walter Fry,Finance Director
Jean C.Burton,Assistant Finance Director
Robert G.West,Assistant to the City Manager
LouRhea Crapson,Payroll Clerk
Marsha Newton,Accounts Payable Clerk
Said authority shall continue in force until notice in writing
of its revocation shall have been given to and received by said
banks.
