RESOLUTION NO.1382
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SEWER MAIN FOR MUNICIPAL USE
1.A sewer main was installed along Inter!ake Road to serve the Wendy's
International,Inc.First Short Plat for utility needs.
2.Said sewer main has been installed in accordance with the City of Moses
Lake's Community Standards,such installation being completed May 28,1987
3.RCW 35.91.030 indicates that sewer facilities which are developer
installed should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake upon completion if
the facilities are built to city standards.
RESOLVED:
1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake accepts the sewer main as
facilities of the City of Moses Lake and as such will charge for use of
such facilities as authorized by ordinance.
2.After March 22,1989 all further maintenance and operation costs of said
sewer line shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake.
Adopted by the City Council on March 22,1988.
