RESOLUTION NO.1400
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON,ESTABLISHING A HEARING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 55 FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE
FOR HEARING UPON SAID ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR THE GIVING OF
NOTICE IN THE MATTER PROVIDED BY LAW
1.The Municipal Services Director has prepared the final assessment roll
for Local Improvement District No.55 for street and sidewalk improve
ments in the following areas of the city:the S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 23 Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM and
the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the N 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 23,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM.
RESOLVED:
1.That it is the intent of the City Council of Moses Lake that a hearing be
held on September 13,1988 at 8 p.m.in the Council Chambers in the
Police/Court Facility on the final assessment roll for L.I.D.No.55 as
prepared by the Municipal Services Director.
2.That at the time and place fixed for the hearing the City Council will
sit as a board of equalization and will consider the objections made and
will correct,revise,raise,lower,change,or modify the roll or any
part thereof or set aside the roll and order the assessment to be made de
novo,and at the conclusion thereof confirm the roll by ordinance.
3.That all persons who may wish to object to said assessments are notified
to make such objections in writing and to file the same with the City
Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for such hearing.
