RESOLUTION NO.1409
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
1.Sidewalk improvements (224 linear feet)have been constructed on the
East side of Juniper Drive between Hill and Alderwood.
2.Said sidewalk improvements have been constructed in accordane with the
City of Moses Lake's Community Standards,such construction being
completed as of September 30,1988.
3.RCW 35.91.030 indicates that sidewalk improvements which are developer
installed should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake upon completion
if the facilities are built to city standards.
RESOLVED:
1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake accepts the sidewalk
improvements.
Adopted by the City Council on October 11,1988.
