A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO
THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM PAUL R.AND
CATHERINE J.KERSEY,HUSBAND AND WIFE.
RECITALS;
1.Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real
estate, or any interest therein, to the City of
Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a
resolution has been duly passed by the City
Council.
2.PAUL R.AND CATHERINE J. KERSEY,husband and wife,
has presented a Quit Claim Deed to the City of
Moses Lake.
RESOLVED;
1.The Quit Claim Deed for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses
Lake:
Parcel 4A,Laguna Drive Re-Alignment;
A PORTION OF PARCEL #4 IN THE PLAT OF LAKE SHORE
ESTATES RECORDED AT GRANT COUNTY,WASHINGTON ON
PAGE 90 IN BOOK 7 OF PLATS,ALL LYING IN THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 32,TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH,
RANGE 28 EAST,W.M.,GRANT COUNTY,WASHINGTON,
BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE EASTERLY MOST CORNER OF LOT 19 OF
SAID LAKE SHORE ESTATES PLAT;THENCE NORTH 47-57-19
WEST ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY MARGIN OF
LAGUNA DRIVE (THE PLAT BEARING OF WHICH IS NORTH
48-00-00 WEST)A DISTANCE OF 119.89 FEET TO THE
