1422RESOLUTION NO.1422 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM EARL AMICK AND EVELYN AMICK. Recitals: 1*Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2>EARL AMICK AND EVELYN AMICK,husband and wife, has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved; 1>The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A twenty foot (20.00')wide easement for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line being described as a portion of Lot 1 of the Amick Addition as filed in Book 7 of Plats,Page 31,records of Grant County,as found under the Grant County Auditor's File Number 280104,and as described as follows: Commencing at the Westerly most corner of Lot 1 of Said Amick Addition,said point being the Point of Beginning; thence south 38°53'30"East on the Southwesterly boundary line of Said Lot a distance of 787.93 feet to the Easterly most corner of Lot 8 of Said Plat;thence continuing South 38°53'30"East on the Southerly boundary line of Said Lot 1 a distance of 20.00 feet;thence North 51°06'30"East a distance of 20.00 feet;thence North 38°53'30"West a distance of 20.00 feet to a point that bears North 51°06'30"East a distance of 20.00 feet from the Easterly most corner of Lot 8 of Said Plat;thence continuing North 38°53'30"West a distance of 771.65 feet to the Northerly boundary line of Said Lot 1 and the Southerly right-of-way boundary line of the city street known as Nelson Road;thence North 89"44'40"West on the Northerly boundary line of Said Lot 1 and the Southerly boundary line of Said City Street a distance of 25.79 feet to the Point of Beginning.
