1424RECITALS; RESOLUTION NO.im A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM PETE R.CASASSA 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Pete R.Casassa has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. RESOLVED: 1.The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: An easement for municipal purposes located in West h of the Southwest h of the Southwest h of Section 10,Township 19 North,Range 28 East Willamette Meridian, said easement being 40.00 feet in width, of which 20.00 feet lies either side of the following described centerline.The side lines of said easement being lengthened or shortened as to intersect with the South line of said Section 10,the centerline of said easement being described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of "Gary"and "Mary"Streets as platted on Larson Plat No. 2 as recorded at Grant County,Washington; thence South 00°20'55"West,along the centerline of Mary Street,a distance of 197.45 feet to the centerline terminus of Mary Street and the true point of beginning;thence continuing South 00°20'55" West,along a projection of the centerline of Mary Street, a distance of 667.62 feet to the South line of said Section 10.
