1461RESOLUTION NO.1461 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM WEBKO PARTNERSHIP. Recitals: 3>Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2^WEBKO PARTNERSHIP, has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1*The easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: That portion of the Southeast one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 23,Township 19 North,Range 28 East w.M.,Grant County,Washington described as follows: A strip of land 15.00 feet wide lying East of and measured at right angles to the following described line: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said section; Thence North 89°44,40"West,along the South line of said section and the centerline of Nelson Road,118.56 feet,to a point; Thence North 15°11,19"East,parallel to the centerline of Clover Drive,31.05 feet,to an intersection with the Northerly Right-of Way line of said Nelson Road,and the true point of beginning; Thence continuing North lson1^"East,parallel to said centerline of said Clover Drive,184.36 feet,to a point; Thence on a curve to the left with a radius of 537.29 feet, a central angle of 13°36f47"a chord bearing of North 8°27*20" East, and a chord length of 127.36 feet, 127.66 feet,parallel to said centerline of said Clover Drive, to an intersection with the North line of that certain parcel of land described under Grant County Auditors File Number 799070, Records of Grant County,Washington,and the True Point of Ending.
