523u RESOLUTION NO.523 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM JACK E.CRONKHITE,OWNER,MORRISON MOVING AND STORAGE WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real es tate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:that the Easement dated March 10, 1971, for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A parcel of land twenty (20)feet wide for a utility easement through Tax Number 1723 as described below: Beginning at the monument at the intersection of the center line of Poplar Lane and Lakeside Drive of the Albertus Addition of Moses Lake, Washington,according to the plat thereof filed in the records of Grant County,Washington, Thence North 36o43'10n East a distance of 209.74 feet;Thence North 16o02'44"East a distance of 182.91 feet;Thence South 73057'16"East a dis tance of 333.93 feet to the true point of begin ning; Thence South 73057'16"East 70 feet,more or less,to the shore line of Moses Lake,Be ginning again at true point of beginning;Thence North 57°51,16M West, 72.12 feet; Thence South 73057'16"East,140 feet,more or less,to the shore line of Moses Lake. together with the right of ingress and egress thereto. !• Resolution No.523 :2 PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 13th day of April,1971.
