RESOLUTION NO.525
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF
REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM
THE MIDLAND MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY,
AN OHIO CORPORATION,
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real es
tate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not
be accepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed
by the City Council,and
WHEREAS, the Midland Mutual Life Insurance Company,An Ohio Corpo
ration, has presented a Quit-Claim Deed conveying property to the
City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED:That the Quit-Claim Deed dated March 29,1971,
for the following described property is hereby accepted by the
City of Moses Lake:
That portion of tflae northeast 1/4 of the north
west 1/4 of Section 23,Township 19 North, Range
28 E.W.M.,also known as Shanedling Addition;de
scribed as follows:
Beginning at the most northwesterly corner of said
Shanedling Addition,as per plat recorded in Volume
7 of Plats,Page 91 of records of Grant County,
Washington;thence north 53°42'east a distance of
412.81 feet to the true point of beginning;thence
on a 29.55 degree,193.89 foot radius curve to the
right (the chord of which bear north 71°43'east,
a distance of 119.89 feet),an arc distance of 121.80
feet,a tangent length of 63.06 feet,and an internal
angle of 36°02';thence south 89°44'west a distance
of 63.06 feet;thence south 53°42'west a distance
of 63.06 feet to the true point of beginning.
