A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE TO
GEORGE A.HOPKINS AND MYRA L.HOPKINS,HUSBAND
AND WIFE,AND BESSIE KILCULLEN JACKSON.
WHEREAS,the real estate hereinafter described is no longer
needed for city purposes;and
1 WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,
I on their regular meeting of November 10,1970,authorized listing of the
property with the Moses Lake Multiple Listing Bureau,Inc.
WHEREAS,the Moses Lake Multiple Listing Bureau,Inc.,
has appraised the property at THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3,000),and
Moses Lake Realty Company,acting as agent for George A.Hopkins and
Myra L.Hopkins,husband and wife,and Bessie Kilcullen Jackson,have
offered to purchase Lot 9,Block 9 of Capistrano Park Addition to the City
of Moses Lake,Washington,for the sum of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS($3,000),
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Moses Lake has
accepted the offer of George A.Hopkins and Myra L.Hopkins,husband
and wife and Bessie Kilcullen Jackson,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Manager and
j City Clerk be authorized to execute a Warranty Deed to George A.Hopkins
,)and Myra L.Hopkins,husband and wife and Bessie Kilcullen Jackson,for
the following described real estate situated in the County of Grant,State
of Washington:
Lot 9,Block 9 of Capistrano Park Addition to the City
of Moses Lake,Washington,
and to deliver same upon receipt of the sum of THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($3,000).
PASSED by the City"Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 23rd day
of November,4971.
