A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL
ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,
j I FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES
uWHEREAS,Resolution 238 provides that all grants of real estate or any
interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted until
a resolution of acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council, and
WHEREAS United Concrete Pipe Corporation has presented a Quit Claim Deed
for street and utility purposes over, under and across the following
described tracts of land situated in the County of Grant,State of Washington,
00 a portion of Tax Number 1972 along the Northwesterly boundary
^2 of State Sign Route 171 formerly known as Grant County Road
32 #821 described as follows:
^Commencing at the most Northerly corner of Block 105,Suko Pen-
hallurick Addition to Moses Lake;Thence North 36°18,00"West
a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on center line of said State
Sign Route 171;Thence North 53°42,00"East a distance of 622.32
feet to a point on said center line;Thence North 36o18*00"West
a distance of 20.00 feet to the true point of beginning;Thence
North 53o42'00"East a distance of 557.62 feet;Thence North 36o18'00"
West a distance of 30.00 feet;Thence South 53°42,00M West a distance
of 579.85 feet;Thence South 72°49,44"East a distance of 37.33
feet to the true point of beginning.
The above described are containing 0.39 acres

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:that the Quit Claim Deed dated.May 10,1971
for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of
Moses Lake.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this .11th day of
April,1972.
