HomeMy WebLinkAbout560RESOLUTION NO.560 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON, FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS;pWsolu1:i6ri 238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not.be accepted until a resolution of acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and WHEREAS,Lad Irrigation Company has presented a Quit Claim Deed for Street and utility purposes over,under and across the following described tracts of land situated in the County of Grant,State of Washington, A portion of Tax Number 3470 along the Northwesterly boundary of State Sign Route 171,formerly known as Grant County Road #821,described as follows: Commencing at the most Northerly corner of Block 105, Suko Penhallurick Addition to Moses Lake;Thence North 36°18'00"West a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the center line of said State Sign Route 171;Thence North 53°42I00H East a distance of 2274.67 feet to a point on said center line;Thence North 36o18'00"West a distance of 20.00 feet to the true point of beginning; Thence North 53°42,00"East a distance of 7.14 feet;j I Thence North 36o18'00"West a distance of 30.00 feet;I j Thence South 53O42'00"West a distance of 47.89 feet;L-J Thence South 89°56,17"East a distance of 50.60 feet to the true point of beginning. The above described area containing 0.01 acres. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:that the Quit Claim Deed dated March 8, 1971 for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake.
