563RESOLUTION NO. 563 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OR REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON, FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS,Resolution 238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake shall not be accepted until a resolution of acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council, and WHEREAS Small Business Administration has presented a Quit Claim Deed for street and utility purposes over, under and across, the following described .tracts of land situated in the County of Grant, State of .Washington, A portion of Tax Number 5074 along the Northwesterly boundary ^of State Sign Route 171,formerly known as Grant County Road ^h #821,described as follows: 53 S Commencing at the most Westerly,corner of Penhallurick and Sans Addition to Moses Lake as recorded in Volume'7,on page 67 of plats,records of Grant County,Washington;Thence North 36°19,06" West perpendicular to the center line of said State Sign 171 a distance of 20.00 feet to the Northerly boundary line of said State Sign Route 171;Thence South 53°40,54"West a distance of 1.87 feet to the true point of beginning;Thence North 36°19,06" West a distance of 30.00 feet;Thence North 53°40'54"East a I distance of 150.00 feet;Thence South 36°19,06"East a distance I of 30.00 feet;Thence South 53°40,54"West a distance of 150.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
