A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE
OP REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES
LAKE FROM ALLIED BEVERAGES SERVICES,
INC.,
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate
or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be ac
cepted until a Resolution of Acceptance has been duly passed by the
City Council,and
WHEREAS,Allied Beverages Services,Inc., has presented a Quit Claim
Deed conveying property to the City of Moses Lake, the described
property being a continuation of Pheasant Street,to be graded and
gravelled with necessary water mains and sewer lines installed as
approved and designed by the City of Moses Lake Engineering Division.
Upon completion of the above mentioned obligations,the City of Moses
Lake will accept the street and and utilities for maintenance.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED:That the Quit Claim Deed dated
, 1972,for the following described property is hereby accepted
by the City of Moses Lake:
A portion of Tract 15 and of Tract 16,
Battery Orchard Tracts,Section 28,
Township 19 North,Range 28 East,Grant
County,Washington,as recorded in records
of Grant County, Washington, more parti
cularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northeasterly corner
of Tract 16,thence North 57°51'16"West,
a distance of 264.77 feet,thence South
44°29'44"West,a distance of 350 feet,
to the true point of beginning,thence
South 44°29'44:West,a distance of 317.07
feet,thence North 57°51'16"West,a
distance of 61.41 feet,thence North
44°29'44"East,a distance of 317.07
feet,thence South 57°51'16"East,a
distance of 61.41 feet to the true
point of beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 10th
day of October f 1972.
