597RESOLUTION NO.597 A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE FOR AND PLACE OF HEARING UPON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.26 AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE OF THE HEARING AND OF THE TIME AND PLACE THEREOF, WHEREAS, the final assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 26 established by Ordinance No. 645 for the improvement of the alley between Beech and Ash Streets running from Fourth to Fifth Avenues by constructing and installing storm drainage,asphalt con crete pavement and driveways has been prepared by the Public Works Director and is now on file with the City Clerk, NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 26 on file with the City Clerk is hereby accepted and a hearing thereon shall be held before the City Council at 8:00 p.m.on May 8 ,1973,in the Council Chambers City Hall,Moses Lake, Washington, to consider all objections made and the City Council will sit as a Board of Equal ization for the purpose of considering the roll and shall correct,revise,raise,lower, «^change,or modify the roll,or any part thereof,or set aside the roll and order the assess- £"•ment to be made de novo and at the conclusion thereof confirm the roll by ordinance.The ^City Clerk is authorized and directed to give notice of the hearing and of the time and place ^C thereof in accordance with the provisions of RCW 35.44.080 and 35.44.090.
