A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF
REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM James and C. A.Chadwick

WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of
real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses
Lake,shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Accep
tance has been duly passed by the City Council,and
WHEREAS,James And C. A.Chadwick has
presented a Quit-Claim deed conveying property to the
City of Moses Lake,NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED:That the Quit-Claim deed dated February 2,
1972 for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
The Right of Way for Grape Drive described as follows:
The Easterly 10.00 feet of Tax Number 3189 in Park Orchard Tract
Number 32,Moses Lake,Grant County,Washington.
The above Right of Way description containing 0.04 acres more
or less.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this
14 day of August ,1973 .
