A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF
REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM 'LINCOLN FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN AND LINCOLN DEVELOPMENT,INC.
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of
real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses
Lake,shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Accep
tance has been duly passed by the City Council,and
WHEREAS,Lincoln First Federal Savings and Loan &Lincoln Development has
presented a Quij-Claim deed conveying property to the
City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED:That the Quit-Claim deed dated December 13,
1971 for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
The Right of Way for Grape Drive described as follows:
The Easterly 10.00 feet of Lot 5,Block 3,Larson Plat,Moses
Lake,as recorded in the records of Grant County,Washington.
The above Right of Way description containing 0.02 acres,more
or less.
