A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF
REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM MOSES LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 161
WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of
real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses
Lake,shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Accep
tance has been duly passed by the City Council,and
WHEREAS,Moses Lake School District Number 161 has
presented a Quit-Claim deed conveying property to the
City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED:That the Quit-Claim deed dated January 18,
1972 for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
The Right of Way for Grape Drive described as follows:
The Westerly 10.00 feet of Park Orchard Tract Number 26, Moses
Lake,Grant County,Washington.
The Right of Way description containing 0.15 acres more or
less.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this
14 day of August ,19 73 .
