A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF
REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM PAUL E.AND EDNA M.HARDEN

WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of
real estate or any interest therein to the City of Moses
Lake,shall not be accepted until a Resolution of Accep
tance has been duly passed by the City Council,and
WHEREAS,Paul E.and Edna M.Harden has
presented a Quij-Claim deed conveying property to the
City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED:That the Quit-Claim deed dated December 7,
1971 for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
The Right of Way for Grape Drive described as follows:
The Easterly 10 feet of Tax Number 3189 in
Park orchard Tract Number 32,Moses Lake,
Grant County,Washington.
The above Right of Way description containing
0.04 acres,more or less.
