667. RESOLUTION NO.667 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE TO BEDFORD &MOOS,Inc.,a corporation. WHEREAS,the real estate hereinafter described is no longer needed for City purposes;and WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Moses Lake at their regular meeting of August 28,1973 authorized listing of the property with the Moses Lake Multiple Listing Bureau,Inc.,and WHEREAS,the Moses Lake Multiple Listing Bureau,Inc.,has appraised Lot 26 and the North 31 feet of Lot 25,Garden Heights Second Addition at TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ($2100.00) DOLIARS and Bedford &Moos,Inc.,have offered to purchase Lot 26 and the North 31 feet of Lot 25,Garden Heights Second Addition for the sum of TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ($2100.00) DOLLARS,and WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Moses Lake has accepted the offer of Bedford &Moos,Inc., a corporation,for the real estate: NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Manager and City Clerk be authorized to execute a Warranty Deed to Bedford &Moos, Inc.,a corporation,for Lot 26 and North 31 feet of Lot 25,Garden Heights Second Addition to the City of Moses Lake,situated in the County of Grant,State of Washington,and to deliver same upon receipt of the sum of TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED ($2100.00) DOLLARS.
