A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCHANGE OF REAL
ESTATE BETWEEN THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE AND
MOSES LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 161
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 238 provides that all grants of real estate or any interest there
in to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution of acceptance has been
duly passed by the City Council, and
WHEREAS,the real estate exchange hereinafter described will be of mutual benefit to the City
of Moses Lake and Moses Lake School District Number 161,and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Moses Lake has accepted the proposal for the exchange

•ys KOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Manager and City Clerk be authorized to accept^a Quit Claim Deed from Moses Lake School District Number 161 to the City of Moses Lake for
