l A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL
,)ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON
FOR UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS,Resolution Number 238 provides that all grants of real estate
or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted
until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and
WHEREAS,Eric D.and Catherine Peterson have presented an easement for
the construction and maintenance of utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following described easements
are hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of
Secondary State Highway Number 7-E and the Southeasterly line
of Third Avenue as conveyed to the City of Moses Lake by de
dication deed recorded November 27,1950,under Auditor's File
Number 165243,records of Grant County,Washington;thence
South 23°38'West along the Southeasterly line of said Second-
j ary State Highway Number 7-E,a distance of 585 feet;thence
South 66c22'East a distance of 175 feet to the true point of
j beginning;thence continuing South 66°22'East,a distance of
5 feet?thence South 23°38*West a distance of 227 feet; thence
North 66°22'West a distance of 5 feet;thence North 23°38'
East a distance of 227 feet,to the true point of beginning.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 23rd day of
July , 1974
