700RESOLUTION NO.700 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM HUGH McCALL AS EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF LORENE G. BURROWS,DECEASED,FOR WELL #11 PROPERTY. WHEREAS,Resolution #238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution of acceptance has been duly passed by the City Council,and, WHEREAS,Hugh McCall,individually,and as Executor of the Estate of Lorene G.Burrows,deceased,has presented a warranty deed con veying property to the City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the warranty deed for the follow ing property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 14,Township 19 North, Range 28 E.W.M.,Grant County,Washington,described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said subdivision;running thence South 00°28"50"West along the East line of said Section 14,a distance of 333.21 feet;thence South 89°49,53"West,a distance of 261.30 feet;thence North 00°28,50"East, a dis tance of 333.60 feet;thence North 89°51,26"East,a distance ,of 261.30 feet,more or less, to the point of beginning.
