A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO PETE
ERICKSON TO BUILD ON UNPLATTED PROPERTY.
WHEREAS,Ordinance No.204 Section 2 as passed by the City
Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington on July 28,
"•953 states that:
"No building permits shall be issued in
unplatted areas,except upon resolution
by the City Council and with such require
ments and conditions as the City Council
may require."
•and,
WHEREAS,The Planning Commission of the City of Moses Lake,
Washington has recommended that permission be granted to
Mr.Pete Erickson to build on unplatted property.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that permission to build on
unplatted property on the following described property is
nereby granted.
That part of Grant County Assesor Tax No.1290
lying directly adjacent to the north boundry
of lots No.2,3,and 4 of Montlake East Ad
dition No. 1.The area shall have a depth of
approximately 80 feet,the same as Lot No. 17
of Horizon Acres Addition,and a width of ap
proximately 157 feet,the same as the existing
width of Grant County Assesors Tax No.1290.
The following condition shall run with this resolution:
That only one building or structure shall be
permitted and that structure shall be a private
garage to be used for storage purposes only.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,
and APPROVED by its Mayor this 1st day of July ,197 5
