RESOLUTION NO.732
WHEREAS,for the continued efficient administration of the finances of the
City of Moses Lake,it is necessary to designate individuals who are au
thorized to sign checks on behalf of the City of Moses Lake.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Moses Lake that funds
on deposit with the Moses Lake Branch,Seattle-First National Bank and
Moses Lake Branch,Peoples National Bank of Washington and Moses Lake
Branch,Rainier National Bank and Moses Lake Branch,and Eastern
Washington State Bank may be withdrawn on checks given or signed on
behalf of the City of Moses Lake by any two of the following named individ
uals:
Chester L.Waggener,City Manager
R. R.Gagnier,Finance Director/City Clerk
Jean Burton,Accountant
Daryl Ann Leonard,Deputy Clerk-Treasurer
Curtis D.Gjerdevig,Data Processing Supervisor
Said authority shall continue in force until notice in writing of its revocation
shall have been given to,and received by,the said banks.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 14th day of
October ,1975.
