RESOLUTION NO.762 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO IMPROVE AREA ON BEAUMONT DRIVE ADJACENT TO LOTS 93 THROUGH 96 OF MONTLAKE ADDITION #1 AND ADJACENT TO LOTS 32 THROUGH 35 AND LOTS 37 THROUGH 40 OF ~|MONTLAKE ADDITION #2 BY GRADING,GRAVELING,CONSTRUCTINGIANDINSTALLINGCURBS,SIDEWALKS,SEWER SIDE LATERALS AND |ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT AND TO CREATE A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT \|DISTRICT TO ASSESS THE COST AND EXPENSE OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS AGAINST PROPERTIES IN SUCH DISTRICT SPECIALLY BENEFITED THEREBY,AND NOTIFYING ALL PERSONS WHO MAY OBJECT TO SAID IMPROVEMENT TO APPEAR AND PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS AT A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON JULY 20, 1976. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON,AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Moses Lake to order the improvement of area on Beaumont Drive adjacent to Lots 93 through 96 of Montlake Addition //l and adjacent to Lots 32 through 35 and Lots 37 through 40 of Montlake Addition //2 by grading,graveling,constructing and installing curbs,side walks, sewer side laterals and asphalt concrete pavement.All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore prepared under the dire ction of the Public Works Director of the City of Moses Lake. Section 2.That the entire cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne and assessed against the property specially benefited by such improvement to be included in the local improvement district to be established embracing as near as may be all property specially benefited by such improvement. Section 3. That all persons who may desire to object to the improvement herein mentioned are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council in the City Hall, Moses Lake, Washington at 8:00 p.m.on July 20, J 1976,which time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement,and all objections thereto,and for determining the method of payment of said improvement. Section 4. The Public Works Director of the City of Moses Lake is hereby directed to submit to the City Council on or prior to the 20th day of July, 1976, all data and information required by law to be submitted. \f PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 22nd day of June,1976.
