RESOLUTION NO.763
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL
ESTATE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON
FOR UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate,
or any interest therin,to the City of Moses Lake shall not be
accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,
and
WHEREAS,United Builders of Washington,Inc. has presented an ease
ment for the construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following
described property is hereby accepted-by the City of Moses Lake:
A portion of Lot 41, Garden Heights Second Addition,
described as follows:
The easterly 20 feet of Lot 41,Garden Heights Second
Addition,together with the right of ingress and
egress thereto.
A portion of Lot 42,Garden Heights Second Addition,
described as follows:
The easterly 20 feet of Lot 42,Garden Heights Second
Addition,together with the right of ingress and
egress thereto.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 22nd day
of June,1976.
