766u \i RESOLUTION NO.766 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO IMPROVE MARINA DRIVE BY CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLING AN EIGHT INCH SEWER SYSTEM CONNECTING TO EXISTING FACILITIES ON INTERLAKE ROAD AND ON ORCHARD AVENUE AND CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF AN EIGHT INCH WATER MAIN ON INTERLAKE ROAD AND ON ORCHARD AVENUE AND CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLA TION OF AN EIGHT INCH WATER MAIN WITH FIRE HYDRANTS BY CONNECTING TO EXISTING WATER MAINS ON INTERLAKE ROAD AND ON WEST BROADWAY AT ORCHARD DRIVE AND TO CREATE A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO ASSESS THE COST AND EXPENSE OF SAID IMPROVEMENTS AGAINST THE PROPERTIES WITHIN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SPECIALLY BENEFITED THEREBY, AND NOTIFYING ALL PERSONS WHO MAY DESIRE TO OBJECT TO SAID IMPROVEMENT TO APPEAR AND PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS AT A REG ULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON AUGUST 10,1976. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Moses Lake to order the improvement of area on Marina Drive of Battery Orchard Tracts from Tracts 92 through 116,Northwesterly Three Hundred (300')Feet of Tract 71,Northwesterly Three Hundred (300*)Feet of Tract 77 through 80 and on Orchard Avenue of Battery Orchard Tracts the Northeasterly Three Hundred (300')Feet of Tract 80 and the Southwesterly Three Hundred (3001)Feet of Tract 74,by installing sewer main,water main,and fire hydrants. All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and specifica tions therefore prepared under the direction of the Public Works Director of the City of Moses Lake. Section 2. That the entire cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne and assessed against the property specially benefited by such improvement to be included in the local improvement district to be established embracing as near as may be all property specially benefited by such improvement. Section 3. That all persons who may desire to object to the improvement herein mentioned are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council in the City Hall,Moses Lake,Washington,at 8:00 o'clock P.M.on August 10, 1976, which time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment of said improvement. Section 4. The Public Works Director of the City of Moses Lake is hereby directed to submit to the City Council on or prior to the 10th day of August, 1976, all data and information required by law to be submitted.
